It's Official!!!

20 Years Posted by Hello

that's a lot man!

Today is the first day of the rest of my life!

I'm 20! Two decades of my life has passed. I can't imagine I only have about 50 to 60 (if god permits) more years down here. Goodness, what have I done with the life He's given me? We'll with that question in mind... I shall start (and to the best of my abilities update) this blog that I started.

It's been quite a ride. So many things have happened in so much time. Seems like (oh no, this is gonna be those usual cliche nostalgia that old people always have, but just read on ok?) only yesterday that my mom was pushing me into a room full of primary one students while i was holding on to her dress for dear life. hahaha. I was 7 and that was quite a sight, even if that was a normal thing for those of my age. Ok since I'm really in the mood of doing this, I shall start from the beginning (or at least from the time i can remember) I actually wanna write in TAGALOG but because I might have some friends who won't understand it (and as a result lose some audience hahaha) I shall write this in plain simple english. Pardon the grammar mistakes, we all make some once in a while.

"Alright, on to the blog..." Oh man, i'm about to narrate my life story...hahaha feel free to read the whole thing...or if you're only interested in some parts, do read them by all means...

Kindergarden (Tondo Foreshore Kindergaden)
This memory's quite vivid I must say. I still remember a lot of my classmates (some of them were even my classmate in high school, imagine our shock!!!). I remember lots of the games that we play. I used to hang around alot with two other guys. (goodness i can't quite remember their names now) We were always in the same group and did everything together. Man, I'd like to see those two again. Since we graduated (that was like 1990? or 1989?) Well it was a long long time ago, we haven't seen each other. I heard from my mom (if my memory serves me right) that one guy's a rich kid now and the other has his own kid. Hmmm, i'm not quite sure i got that right but nevermind I shall still aim to see them in the near future. Hopefully next time i go home. In kindergarden was also the time that Princess and I became classmates. (and we've been since then till 3rd year high school, except for primary 1) I shall talk more about her in the next few chapters...hehehe

Primary (Manuel Luis Quezon Elementary School)
I have some very fond memories here as well. From terror teachers (who after graduating I got to know better and are quite sweet teachers) like Mrs. Umali (Gr3) , Ma'am Carlos (Gr6 HeKaSi) and Ma'am Dacanay (Gr6 English), to those teachers who inspired me alot like Mrs. Ebit (Gr2), Mr. Marcello (Gr5 Livelihood Educ), Mrs. Magbitang (Gr5 English and Journalism), Mrs. Senen (Gr6 Math), Mrs. Mercado (Gr5 PEHM). And alot more of them that had made an impact in my life. And of course, how can I ever forget my classmates who I grew up with. Some names I'd like to mention Princess (haha kaw pa? my classmate since Kinder and bestfriend ever since), Kristine Rose Drapiza (where are you girl?), Aileen (my first "puppy" love hahaha she knows it), Carlorenz (another dear best friend), Kristine Joy (the "fiesty" one hehehe peace!), Arnel (our valedictorian), Carlo (Ate Glow!), Hans (the gentle giant), Louie (hmmm...hahaha I respect this guy) ...some juniors Patrick Yarza (hey bro! another friend dear to me), Marian (well this is where i met you... and i look back at it with fondness. I can live it over and over again....ooops some our cringing na hehehe) and so many others...please forgive me if i didn't mention you, I still got about 8-9 years to account. I really just miss this people. I hope u guys are doing great wherever you are... three more years and we can have our reunion!!!!

HighSchool (Tondo High School)
*sigh, this is the school I miss the most. I found a lot of my life-long friends I've found here. Teachers worth mentioning:
Ms. De Dios (the very dear teacher of III-Amity, the person who pushed us to excellence. the one who dared me to dream beyond the boundaries of tondo and the philippines)
ALL my science teachers who were the ones that gave me the inspiration that made me enjoy science. alas, that was short lived. I hope i haven't disappoited you guys. I'm doing business now and I'm loving every moment of it.
My English teachers who taught me the languange and equipped me for what I am doing now. I could never express how gratefull i am to you.
My Math teachers who instilled in me my love for math. I owe you guys big time.
Gosh it's getting a little general huh? Is it obvious that i have forgotten their names? I'm really so sorry, my brain doesn't work quite properly at 4am! HEHEHE
And of course my dear classmates!!! Gladys (she always kept me on my toes), Ann Ke (my dear friend! "and im so stupid to make the biggest mistake of my life..." still remember that?,Princess (ayan namention ka na naman! hehehe), Jheng (musta na sila nanay?), Zaida, Jay, Jaypee, Cyril, Jeff, Elizabeth, Joan, Marge, Dindo, Joseph, gosh i can't even finish this. you know what? This space is not even enough for me to mention them all. Amity is another family i treasure. We've been through so much. All the championships, loses (very few mind you! hahaha the pride!), choric interpretation, desiderata, the secrets of the machines, bells!, christmas carols, florante't laura, getting caught as a class cheating in a major exam (gosh im not so proud of that) hehehe ...i can go on and on. but there's one thing in common, the friendships that have been formed in the midst of all these. I know i was quite a jerk when i was in high school. Somewhat of a control freak...I guess i compensated for my height hehehe. But even after all those, these guys (amity) we're the one's who pushed me to deciding to get to singapore... if not for them, i won't be where i am now. *teary eyed* *sniff, sniff* love you guys.

DonBosco (Auxillium!)
Haay Kuya We! Will i ever forget you. I can write a book about this chapter in my life. A big part of my years growing up happened while I am with this group. Who were those people...Ian, Patrick, Antonio, Mac2, Janny, Martin, Louie, Grace, Jerson, ayan na naman the list will go on and on ...i might even offend some people for not mentioning them. pero really please forgive me. This group, headed by Kuya Wilfredo Rumbaoa is an amazing group. Undoubtedly the best group ever in Don Bosco (ano laban pa kayO???!!!?!?) hahaha. So much fond memories as well. Especially the concerts, CAROLLINGS!!! (i miss those most!!!), senakulo, just playing and having fun after mass...haaaayyyy~! i miss you guys so much. I will never forget these people.

SINGAPORE CHAPTER
This is becoming like a very long acceptance speech...hehehe
This is the part when my whole life changed! I can never trade this experience off with anything else in the world.

St. Joseph's Institution
HAhahah O level year! For the first time in my life I studied sooooo hard until my eyes popped out of my head! But beyond all the stress and troubles I have had the opportunity to meet the greatest people. My berks: Badette, Jonnee, Regina, 2nd. hahaha it's like we were stranded in this little island of singapore and we had no choice but to stick to each other. which turned out to be a pleasant surprise. In SJI i met quite a number of people that made an impact in my life as wel...Brother Mike, Ms. Neubronner, Pragas, Lucas, Ivan, Vengee (hey bro! hope ur enjoying med in m'sia!), Virata (gosh man! u know how much i respect you...no words can describe), Joon win, Soon kit, Cheow Chuan, Tessie, Aunt April (A^2) another long list of people. THanks eveyone!

National Junior College
I've never been so faithful to a school til i came here. Those two years were one of the highlights of my stay here in Singapore. I got to do the things that I really loved doing! Council and Western Dance. And not only that, I got to meet friends I know will always be there... 35th Council is the best! hehehe... wala nang papalag! 02S28, my classmates who were the best to hang out with! hehehe...miss them too. People I wanna mention, Michael (another guy i respect! hey man! i still hav to give something to you!), Deb (the queen of fluffy lands), Jiing, Nic foo, LnA Com!, Mandee, HJ, MingFeng, Thenuga, Sarah, Timmo, Derek, Edmund, Dev,Mr Fuad, Ms Vignesh, Ms Lau, and so many more. *sigh i'll never complete the list. Those two years were years i'll never forget because of you all!

Pinoy Iskolars!
Every year we grow in numbers..but there's one thing that's true...these guys are the best! hahaha the fun? everlasting...the friendships? lifelong. You guys know naman how much i treasure u all eh, so i'll leave this one first...(maybe for another time)
